What we're about
We’re the only ride in Texas fully dedicated to BBQ — no tacos, no wine pairings, no fluff. Just pit-smoked perfection from specially chosen spots across Central Texas.
And unlike other tours, there’s no preset menu. Your crew gets to taste whatever you want at each stop — brisket, ribs, sausage, burnt ends, you name it. When it comes time to vote for the best of the day, we recommend focusing on the holy trinity: brisket, ribs, and sausage, like the pros at Texas Monthly. Make sure everyone gets 2–3 bites of each — It’s not a sprint—it’s a smoky, savory marathon.
