Next, we roll into Lockhart, the official BBQ capital of Texas, for a stop at Kreuz Market. No forks, no sauce, no apologies. Just straight-up, old-school meat mastery since 1900. And finally, we hit City Market in Luling, where the sausage snaps just right and the brisket melts like butter. It’s a no-frills smokehouse with serious flavor credentials. Three towns. Booking Tours: IMPORTANT POLICIES REGARDING TICKET SALES A $250 USD deposit will be taken at the time of booking to reserve the tour date and package selected. An additional deposit, due 7 days from the date of your tour to bring the deposit up to 50% of the total cost of the tour may be required, depending on the number of riders in your group, usually applies to groups of 7 or more. Failure to complete payment of deposit may result in your tour being cancelled and forfeiture of your deposit. Remaining balance is due the morning. of the tour, prior to departure. For tours booked LESS than 7 days in advance of your tour, a full cost will be taken at the time of booking to reserve the tour date and package selected. If the selected date you selected is unavailable, a refund of the amount of the deposit will be issued promptly. No show tours will NOT receive a refund of paid amounts. I understand that if my group leaves open seats (book less than the max of 14 riders) BrisketBus has the right to sell remaining seats as it sees fit. Private tours are available by calling (512) 430-2139 to make arrangements for a private tour. All bookings of 14 are private.
